When and how

Pick your first date. We pack on Sundays and Thursdays, so only those days can be tapped. The day you pick becomes your standing day.

Pickup or delivery for this order

Distance is from the shop in Kitsilano. Roughly: within 5 km is Kitsilano, Point Grey, Fairview, Mount Pleasant, Downtown and the West End. 5–10 km is the rest of Vancouver west of Boundary Road, UBC and Lower Lonsdale. 10–25 km is Richmond, Burnaby, New West, North Van and West Van. 25–50 km is Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, Port Moody and Langley. Not sure? Pick your best guess; we check your address and confirm the fee in your text.

We confirm your first date by text; it will be the first of your chosen days on or after your preferred date, at least two days out. Pickup: Tue–Sun 10–6 at 2328 W 4th Ave. Delivery is $3.99 within 5 km of the shop, $7.99 for 5–10 km, $17.99 for 10–25 km, $36.99 for 25–50 km. Delivery orders have a minimum before the fee: $100 within 10 km, $150 to 25 km, $250 to 50 km. No minimum for pickup.

Can I save your number first?

What happens after I send this?

We text you to confirm your first date. Then, around 6 pm the evening before each pickup or delivery day, we text the order and the final total. Reply YES and it is packed. Reply with changes, or SKIP, and that is fine too. Nothing is packed or charged until you say YES.

Why midnight the night before?

Your order is pulled first thing in the morning. Changes by midnight mean nothing gets packed that you do not want.

Does the price change?

The text quotes the final amount including delivery, and that amount stands for that order. If you change the order after saying YES, we send the new total and ask again. Prices on this page are dated and confirmed in your text.

How do I pay?

Pickup: at the counter, like any visit. Delivery: once you reply YES we send a secure Toast payment link, and the order goes out when it is paid.

What if something is out?

We text you before the cutoff with the swap or the removal. You say yes or skip it. Nothing is swapped without asking.

How do I thaw it?

Leave it in the pouch and put it in a bowl of cold water for 20 to 45 minutes, until it is ready to season or sauce. Live shellfish: cook the day they arrive.

Do I earn points?

Yes. Every On Repeat order is a normal order under your phone number, so loyalty points apply like at the counter.

How do I stop?

Reply SKIP to miss one, or PAUSE or STOP to any text. STOP ends it. You can also just tell us at the counter.
